2. Shipping Policy
As our products are 100% digital, no physical shipping is required. All relevant details—including webinar access links, course materials, and session reminders—will be sent to the email address and WhatsApp number provided at checkout.
Important: Please ensure that your contact details are accurate when completing your purchase, as incorrect information may delay or prevent access to your content.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the live session and are subject to approval by our team.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions or non-attendance.
- In the event that a session is rescheduled or canceled by us, you will be promptly notified, and suitable alternative options will be offered.
